Dear BTL,
Last week's Creep of the Week is just one example of the very powerful message that has been sent out to America that GLBT people are disposable people. What blows my mind is what gay rights opponents have all ignored. Even among the constant quotation of scripture and petitions to take away what little rights we do have, they've left out one important point: Love. Homosexuality is mentioned only a few times in the Christian Bible. Yet love is in there thousands of times. Talk about missing the forest for the trees.
