Known for its popular Drag Queen Bingo events, Royal Oak's Five15 Media, Mojo, & More store is now offering a more creative outlet: Sip, Swish, & Stroke. Attendees are invited to bring an open mind as an instructor walks them through how to paint a picture on a canvas.
The cost of the event is $20 per person and must be purchased online in advance of the event. Five15 is offering two September Sip, Swish, & Stroke events, one on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 6:30 p.m. and another on Sunday, Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. In addition to its new painting classes, Five15 regularly hosts community events.
"Since its inception, Five15 has hosted numerous complimentary events for the creative class including cabaret, author signings, DVD releases, poetry readings, scrip readings and art shows," writes its website.
