2019 Michigan Pride Parade and Rally at Capitol

Michigan Pride is a statewide celebration that commemorates the equality achievements of the LGBTQ community while calling attention to what still needs to be done. This year's event features a parade that will include a rally at the state's capitol. Below is a schedule of events:

Parade stages in front of Adado Riverfront Park at 11 a.m.
Parade steps off at noon.
The rally at the capitol steps starts immediately following the parade and will include these guest speakers and more:

Dana Nessel — Attorney General of Michigan
Michigan Pride Board Members
Cody Bennett — Trans Teen
Phiwa Langeni — Director of Salus Center
